Lets start I guess on Saturday. I had to mow of course and it is about 9:30 in the morning and we are on the second yard we are mowing and I step in a hole and twist my ankle really bad. I honestly thought I had broken it because I could not put my foot down afterwards for awhile. Anyways my coworker that I help mow was on his own, I was the only one helping him and he asked me what I wanted to do so I told him to lets go do the next yard and I would let him know. We went to the next yard and I was limping as I was cutting. I was going slow but I was able to walk somewhat. LOL We are just about to finish mowing when it starts pouring down. Yeah I got drenched. We went to lunch and it stopped raining and we kept mowing til 4pm. I had no other choice. This mowing money is what pays my car note. Lets just say that night I was cryin like a lil child from the pain. Sunday went to church which was great...The kids had their graduation to the next grade service. I no longer teach and am now in charge of the sound booth...playin the songs for the kids praise and worship and the video they watch. I'm like the dj you could say...hahahaha. After church I went home and started working on printing some candy bars that I am doing for a friends wedding this Friday....I still have about 70 something to print and wrap...Will I make it? Stay tuned...LOL Here is what they look like front and back.
Memorial day Becca and I....yes we are back together, went to a bbq that some friends of mine from church were doing. It was ok. I was still so tired that when they started playin dominoes, I passed out on the couch for like 2hrs. I went home and worked on the candy bars some more and chatted with Val and that was the end of my day. Tuesday my ankle still is killing me and they have me surveying outside all day. Walking on it all day...I guess no pain no gain right. Went home and then went to bible study and again worked on the candy wrappers. Today had a repeat of yesterday, was outside all day walking and it is HOT outside and in about 30 minutes I'm about to be off of work but have to mow as soon as I get off for about 3hrs. I don't think my ankle will get better anytime soon but what can you do. Tomorrow will do the same as today...work outside and mow but I have friday off to probably finish up the candy bars for the wedding and am not mowing on saturday so hopefully that will give me enough time to recuperate. I will let everyone know how my friends wedding goes. I hope everyone is having a wonderful week so far and I am getting my internet up soon at home so that I will be able to blog more when I am not working.
